WELCOME PARTY FOR NEW BUSINESS MANAGER

Joseph Monaghan, the new Building Manager for the Portland Plaza, received a warm welcome from residents at a gala Chinese New Year Party. Social Committee Chair Susan Rinker and chef Henry Schwarz provided Chinese dim sum of all varieties, Chinese Beer and tea, and treated each guest to a red envelope (紅包, hóngbāo) of money to encourage a prosperous new year. Many of the party attendees remained for the Board Meeting where Joe provided his inaugural Business Manager's Report.  GUNG HAY FAT CHOY, Joe!

Volunteer to complete this!  Life at the Plaza, if we do say so ourselves, is pretty incredible. Located within walking distance to the downtown core, museums, theaters, and concert halls, the Plaza is at the heart of the city. One of Portland’s largest farmer’s markets happens three blocks away during the spring and summer months.
