| Portland Plaza is not merely a place to live. For the majority of unit owners living at Portland Plaza it is a destination; it’s somewhere people aspired to live from the time Portland’s first condominium of 26 stories graced the blocks between Southwest Fourth and Fifth Avenues and Clay and Market, the heart of Downtown Portland. Today Portland’s Light Rail System is running on new tracks on Southwest Fifth Avenue that has expanded public transportation from Portland Plaza to Portland Zoo, PDX Airport, Portland’s new Pearl District, Waterfront connections to Oregon Health and Science University’s Tram; and greater Portland area including Gresham, Hillsboro, and Portland Exposition Center to name only a few. |
