Insurance Committee
Oversees insurance coverage for all aspects of Portland Plaza Unit Owners Association, including Employee Practices Liability Insurance; Liases with insurance agent and management company; coordinates the annual insurance review as required by the bylaws. Works with committees on projects that may have insurance implications; makes insurance related recommendations to the Board.
