The week of November 5, construction begins on a new wider sidewalk on the north side of Madison Street between 5th and 6th avenues. Crews plan to have 6th Avenue ready for the arrival of the holiday tree at Pioneer Courthouse Square on November 9 and open to all motorists on November 16. More
