Angel Devlin-Brown
Angel R. Devlin-Brown has called The Portland Plaza her home since 1998. She resides here with her affectionate Boston Terrier, Mana.

Angel loves to connect people with opportunity. She is currently the Managing Partner for Wahine Ekolu, LLC, and has began post retirement work as a Management Consultant. Angel looks forward to collaborating with fellow residents to create a vertical neighborhood that all of us can thrive in.

Florence Reinerman
Prior to coming to Portland, I spent 25 years as Director of Administration for the Department of Tropical Public Health at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston. This position required a person with the ability to keep track of the details of day-to-day operations while always remaining aware of the "big picture" and assisting in shaping the development of overall policy. Thus, I am a detail-oriented, project-specific person who is adept at fitting the needs of the present into the plans for the future.

Since coming to the Portland Plaza, I have been active in its administration. I have chaired the Building Committee, spearheading many capital improvement projects. I have been a member of the Budget, House, and Social Committees. I was active in the task force that hired IPM as our property manager, and gave recommendations on the hiring of our Building Manager. I also participated in the task force that hired PPS as our security force.

I believe that this experience has given me a firm knowledge of the workings, needs, and potential problems of the Plaza. If elected to the Board, I would work to continue our policy of transparency in our decision making process, to deal with any problems that may arise in a timely and effective way, and to encourage all homeowners to take an active role in the affairs of the Plaza. Above all, I will continue to work to keep the Plaza the premier place to live in downtown Portland.

I work in the US Bank Commercial Real Estate Division as a Loan Administration Officer. We specialize in low income affordable housing bond deals in Oregon and the West. Our work with the Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit program engages a cast of characters from developers & investors, to state and federal representatives. Our partners include Catholic Charities, Oregon Housing and Community Services, Portland Development Corporation, Community Development Corporations as well as county Housing Authorities throughout Oregon. Our work at US Bank leads the way for safe, clean affordable housing for the least of our fellow Oregonians. Our clients are honorable and their contribution to Oregon is without measure.

I have lived at the Portland Plaza with my delicious little man “Rye” for just over one year now. In that time I have become a member of the Social Committee, and helped organize the Summer Picnic as well as the Holiday Party. I am approachable, easy to know and get along with. I want our vertical village to be a tight knit community, where each of us has a strong sense of commitment. I want to live here the rest of my life, and I want to be involved with my neighbors and their concerns.
