I work in the US Bank Commercial Real Estate Division as a Loan Administration Officer. We specialize in low income affordable housing bond deals in Oregon and the West. Our work with the Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit program engages a cast of characters from developers & investors, to state and federal representatives. Our partners include Catholic Charities, Oregon Housing and Community Services, Portland Development Corporation, Community Development Corporations as well as county Housing Authorities throughout Oregon. Our work at US Bank leads the way for safe, clean affordable housing for the least of our fellow Oregonians. Our clients are honorable and their contribution to Oregon is without measure. I have lived at the Portland Plaza with my delicious little man “Rye” for just over one year now. In that time I have become a member of the Social Committee, and helped organize the Summer Picnic as well as the Holiday Party. I am approachable, easy to know and get along with. I want our vertical village to be a tight knit community, where each of us has a strong sense of commitment. I want to live here the rest of my life, and I want to be involved with my neighbors and their concerns. |
