Mary has been a resident of The Portland Plaza since the summer of 2007. Before that, she spent 15 years in New York City, where she was a member of the Homeowners Association. Mary has a son and daughter-in-law who live in Portland, as well as two grandsons. Mary had a 15-year career in corporate insurance--property/casualty/worker's compensation. |
| Vice-Chairman Duties The Vice-Chairman shall, in the absence or incapacity of the Chairman, perform any and all functions and duties which may be performed by the Chairman; provided that the Vice-Chairman shall not automatically succeed to the office of the Chairman if that office shall become vacant. |
