Oversees all financial aspects of Portland Plaza Unit Owner Association, Develops the annual budget, works with the CPA on the yearly audit. Works with the building manager and the committees on the financial aspects of projects; interfaces with the management company on all financial issues; makes financial recommendations to the Board.
