Portland Plaza Governing Documents
All of the documents related to the Declaration of Unit Ownership and Bylaws for the Portland Plaza are filed with the County of Multnomah. Each page of each document is given a stamped number that shows the County’s “Book” and the “Page” of recording. Except for plats, as noted below, these documents cannot be viewed online at Multnomah County. They are on file in Room 125 of the Multnomah County Building, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland.
The “Articles of Incorporation” document is not part of the Declaration or the Bylaws; it concerns the building’s status as a non-profit corporation. Consequently, this document is recorded in the Oregon State office of the Corporation Commissioner.
On the documents below, the date refers to the date of enactment; the numbers "987/1007" are the Book and Page of the Multnomah County filing.

This is the current list of the apportionment of profits and expenses, except for a later amendment relating to units 1504 and 1505. ( 1344/1198 -1344/2101) In particular, this is the table the Association uses to determine each unit’s monthly assessment and any special assessments.
